In this way, there is no annealing process in the galvanizing line. Before hot-dip galvanizing, the mesh must be on a clean pure iron active surface free of oxides and other dirt. This method is to clean the surface of the annealed fence mesh by pickling. Then apply a layer of solvent consisting of zinc chloride or a mixture of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride for maintenance, and then avoid oxidation.

Single mesh method: first send the annealed mesh to the pickling workshop, use sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid to remove the oxygen hot-dip galvanizing iron sheet on the surface of the steel plate. Avoid re-oxidation of the mesh, and then go through pickling, water cleaning, squeezing, drying, hot-dip galvanizing into the zinc pot (the temperature is constantly maintained at 445-465 ℃), and then oiling and chromizing treatment.
